The following agreement is between Barbara J Briggs (breeder), hereafter referred to as "Seller," and
__________, hereafter referred to as "Purchaser." In consideration of a deposit of ($ 400.00) dollars, Toward a total Purchase price of ($xxxx.xx) Pet /Breeder plus Sales Tax and Flight/ Delivery Fees if needed, Seller assigns Purchaser the option to acquire the dog described below, guaranteeing that the dog will not be sold to any party other than Purchaser for a period of no more than 60 days. At the time Purchaser acquires physical possession of the dog, that portion of the deposit taken will be applied to the purchase price. If the balance of the total purchase price is not paid by the time the pup is 9 weeks old, the deposit is forfeit and pup will be available for sale to public again, and deposit will not be refunded. As more advertising will need to be made to re-market the puppy.
Purchaser assumes all responsibilities for collecting the puppy within the time allowed, and understands deposits are non-refundable. If you change your mind you lose your deposit, as we are removing the puppy from the “for sale” list. However, if the puppy should become ill or if I am unable to deliver you a healthy puppy then deposit will be refunded. Or you may apply to a different pup. If your Puppy is being Flown or Driven, all payments for puppy and flight/delivery must be made in full before Flight/delivery will be booked, as flight/delivery and health certificate money cannot be refunded to us. Once paid for you will receive a flight number and/or confirmation within 48 hours (unless paid on a Sunday, then 72 hours).

CONDITIONS OF SALE: The above puppy is being purchased as a companion animal [pet], and not
for breeding purposes. If signed here ____________________________________I Barbara J Briggs, gave my permissionnto have this pup become a breeder and have given AKC papers accordingly. If at any time the buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the seller is to be notified and given FIRST OPTION of resuming full ownership. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the dog to be placed in an animal Shelter, or similar establishment (Rescue). Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this dog to be used in dog fighting, or similar activities. It is understood that this agreement is to protect the Integrity of the sellers' bloodlines and well being of this animal. If at any time you wish to have your pet become a breeder you must let the seller know before purchase as we do not sell breeding rights with our puppy's, If you are looking for a breeding dog please discuss with seller prior to purchase. There is a $400.00 fee for breeding rights. No guarantee is given as to size, weight, hair coat, breed ability, or disposition of puppy.
HEALTH GUARANTEE & LIMITED WARRANTY This limited warranty covers only the puppy described in this
agreement. To activate the guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 3 business days from date of delivery, taking position of Pug. This Puppy has been on NuVet and you will ber equired to continue to use NuVet Vitamins for a minimum of 90 days after you take your puppy home. The puppy is guaranteed for one year from the puppy’s date of birth for any life threatening congenital or hereditary disorders. If Veterinarian finds the puppy to be unsuitable, return puppy immediately, with a full vet statement as to the health problems with the pup. Changing your mind, family dispute, or landlord problems does not warrant a refund. The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 72 hours for a physical examination. If puppy is declared to be in a life threatening condition, genetic or heredity problems, by a licensed Veterinarian, return puppy along with all registration papers, along with a written report from veterinarian to seller, and puppy will be replaced with one of equal value. Should the dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the dog may, upon written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for another dog of equal value. NO CASH WILL BE REFUNED, unless replacement puppy is not available
within 6 months. Seller is NOT responsible for any Veterinarian charges, shipping charges or delivery charges.
Seller’s liability is limited to the price paid for the puppy, no other charges or fees. Any shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy would be at the buyer’s expense. Any such diagnoses must be accompanied in writing. Any veterinarian’s diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen by the seller.
Should said veterinarian not concur with the diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser. The pet will have current shots & worming's to the date of pick up by the new owner. All appropriate shots for the puppy’s age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. However puppies are not fully immune until vaccination series is complete. These diseases can be spread via contact, air, hands and clothing, take precautions.
Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, coccidian, giardia, internal/external parasites (worms,
fleas, ticks), alopecia, cold or heat related issues, physical or emotion stress; non-descending testicles, luxating patellas. This guarantee does not cover the following minor flaws or any condition that is minor and can bem corrected by Veterinarian intervention. Such as Open Fontanel, Uneven bite: this is not a health problem, Ears not standing, Coat color (Coat color can change as puppy matures), Size, Hernias of any category. All puppies sold as pets only, unless agreed upon by the seller and fee paid. Not covered is any outside accidents example: hit by car, stepped on etc. We do not assume any bills incurred concerning this pet. This guarantee is not valid if the puppy is sold or given to a third party. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas, in County of EL Paso. It is agreed that the place of venue of any litigation or arbitration shall be in El Paso County, Texas, and shall not exceed the price paid of said puppy, no Veterinarian, shipping or the seller will cover delivery fees.
By signing this sales contract (IF IN PERSON), I the buyer, am agreeing to these terms. My signature also signifies that, I have inspected the puppy and the puppy appears to be healthy. If puppy is being shipped or delivered I the Buyer understand the Health Certificate from the Veterinarian confirms that the puppy is healthy. The buyers EMails, Payment(s), Facebook Messages, and /or application
stating/implying the buyer wants the puppy, will serve as your Signature.

*Unconditional Guaranty: You may return the dog at any time in the pet’s life for us to find a suitable
home for him or her, with no questions asked. We will not cover any shipping or delivery charges to return
the puppy. We will at no time ever attempt to resell your pet.
*Congenital Disease Guaranty: If a congenital disease develops within one year of purchase [I reserve
the right to have the animal examined by a vet of my choice at my expense to confirm the diagnosis.] We
will give you another puppy of your choice. When the pup is returned (if buyer wants) ALL the paperwork
must be returned. [This does not apply to faults or defects, which are not covered by our guarantee.]
